1. Program Name

The name of this SMS messaging program is PrimeLine Client Notifications.

2. Program Description

PrimeLine Communications LLC sends recurring, non-promotional customer-care and operational text messages to business clients and their authorized contacts who have voluntarily opted in through a separate signed SMS Consent Authorization Form.

Messages may include:

* Service-request notifications

* Call summaries

* Scheduling and availability updates

* Requested follow-ups

* Account-related communications

* Other operational communications related to services requested from PrimeLine Communications LLC

3. Consent

SMS consent is collected through a separate paper SMS Consent Authorization Form. The recipient must voluntarily provide their mobile phone number, select an unchecked SMS-consent box, and sign and date the form.
